dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto aplicado se desarrolla con el fin de implementar un programa informático el cual permitirá manejar de una forma más ordenada la información y los procedimientos que se realizan en el área de enfermería del Centro de Comercio y Servicio SENA Regional Tolima; la principal característica de este programa será su manejo fácil y ágil para la administración, control y manejo de la información, aplicada a los procedimientos que se le proporciona a cada paciente de la institución, resolviendo así necesidades específicas de la misma ayudando a la difusión de su trabajo. El presente proyecto de ingeniería en sistemas implica tres ramas. La primera de estas ramas es la Programación Orientada a Objetos, siendo esta la base principal del proyecto, se apoyará en la rama de Diseño y sustentará toda su información en la rama de Base de Datos. Para la realización de este proyecto es necesario tener una metodología que consiste principalmente en hacer uso de diversas herramientas, técnicas, métodos y modelos para el desarrollo; en este caso utilizamos la Metodología de desarrollo “Scrum” en donde podrás avanzar a la siguiente fase, si la anterior no se encuentra totalmente terminada puede devolverse sin problema alguno para dar solución, pues no tiene por qué haber vuelta atrás. Como lenguaje de programación que acompaña esta metodología, utilizaremos el lenguaje JAVA, en el cual se harán las instrucciones en codificación; apoyado en el modelamiento UML, que permite el desarrollo de los diagramas que servirán como base para el desarrollo. Las herramientas utilizadas en la ejecución son, NetBeans IDE 8.2 como entorno de desarrollo, para la integración con la base de datos se manejó el Lenguaje SQL, el cual permite un uso eficiente de la memoria interna para facilitar el acceso a datos, y se implementó en el motor de base de datos ACCESS ya que no es un sistema que demande muchos recursos de bases de datos grandes y por su licenciamiento en la compañía.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The present applied project is developed with the purpose of implementing a computer program which will allow to manage in a more ordered way the information and the procedures that are carried out in the nursing area of the SENA Regional Trade and Service Center Tolima; The main characteristic of this program will be its easy and agile handling for the administration, control and management of the information, applied to the procedures that are provided to each patient of the institution, thus resolving specific needs of the same, helping the diffusion of his work. The present project of systems engineering involves three branches. The first of these branches is Object Oriented Programming, this being the main basis of the project, it will rely on the Design branch and will support all of its information in the Database branch. For the realization of this project it is necessary to have a methodology that consists mainly of making use of diverse tools, techniques, methods and models for development; in this case we use the "Scrum" Development Methodology where you can advance to the next phase, if the previous one is not fully completed it can be returned without any problem to solve, because there is no reason to turn back. As a programming language that accompanies this methodology, we will use the JAVA language, in which the coding instructions will be made; supported by UML modeling, which allows the development of the diagrams that will serve as a basis for development. The tools used in the execution are, NetBeans IDE 8.2 as a development environment, for the integration with the database the SQL language was handled, which allows efficient use of internal memory to facilitate access to data, and was implemented in the ACCESS database engine since it is not a system that demands a lot of resources from large databases and because of its licensing in the company.	spa
