| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se pretende plasmar un análisis del sector turismo como foco de desarrollo en la ciudad de Chiquinquirá. Para ello, se buscará diseñar estrategias de mejora del sector turístico como alternativa de desarrollo en el municipio a partir de: la compilación atractivos turísticos y recorridos formulados por investigadores y unidades productivas Sena en la ciudad de Chiquinquirá; la identificación y análisis de los perfiles de los clientes y el establecimiento de estrategias de desarrollo turístico; y el establecimiento de los actores que participan en el desarrollo del turismo en el municipio. Mediante un estudio descriptivo-analítico, de carácter documental y un enfoque cuantitativo, fue posible recolectar y analizar la información que permitió formular estrategias con un análisis FODA, orientadas principalmente a la diversificación de los bienes y servicios turísticos ofrecidos en el municipio y al aprovechamiento eficiente de las diferentes potencialidades con que cuenta Chiquinquirá como destino turístico. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the present work is intended to capture an analysis of the tourism sector as a focus of development in the city of Chiquinquira. For this, we will design strategies to improve the tourist sector as an alternative development in the municipaly from: The compilation of tourist attractions and routes formulated by researchers and Sena productive units in the city of Chiquinquira ; the indentification and analysis of customers profiles, the establishment of tourism development strategies ; and the entablishment of the actors that participate in the development of tourism in the municipality. Through a descriptival-analytical study, of documentary character and a quantitative approach, it was possible collect and analyze the information that allowed formulating strategies whit a FODA analysis, mainly oriented to the diversification of tourism goods and services offered in the municipality and the efficient use of the different potentials that Chiquinquirá has as a tourist destination. | spa |
