| dc.description.abstract | El acuerdo de paz suscrito entre el Estado Colombiano y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia – FARC en el año 2016, que puso fin a una época de violencia de más de 50 años, implicó para las partes, la suscripción de compromisos a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Uno de ellos, la reforma rural integral, demando la creación de los programas de desarrollo con enfoque Territorial – PDET - en las zonas más necesitadas del país por sus condiciones de pobreza y afectación derivada del conflicto. Como consecuencia, la subregión Pacífico y Frontera Nariñense fue focalizada en un PDET con 11 municipios, que serán beneficiarios de vías terciarias para el desarrollo económico y social de las comunidades. Las decisiones de política pública que la institucionalidad Colombiana tome en los próximos años, serán definitivas en la consecución de este objetivo. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The peace agreement signed between the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - FARC in 2016, which put an end to a period of violence of more than 50 years, implied for the parties, the signing of many short commitments, medium and long term. One of them, the integral rural reform, demanded the creation of development programs with Territorial focus - PDET - in the neediest areas of the country due to their conditions of poverty and affectation derived from the conflict. In this way, the Pacific sub-region and Nariñense border was focused on a PDET with 11 municipalities, which will be beneficiaries of tertiary routes for the economic and social development of the communities. The decisions of public policy that the Colombian institutionalism takes in the coming years will be definitive in achieving this objective. | spa |
