| dc.description.abstract | La presente monografía está dirigida al análisis del Programa Adulto mayor en el corregimiento de Rinconhondo del municipio de Chiriguaná, Cesar. El cual se desprende de la iniciativa del Gobierno Nacional, COLOMBIA MAYOR liderada por el Ministerio del Trabajo y financiado con recursos de la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, el cual tiene como finalidad proporcionar un subsidio económico a la población adulta mayor que se encuentra en estado de pobreza extrema, se hace necesario dotar a las entidades ejecutoras de un instrumento didáctico que resuma los elementos más importantes de la normatividad operativa del programa, en cuanto a las acciones y responsabilidades que le han sido asignadas a los entes territoriales, Centro de Protección Social al Adulto Mayor. | spa |
