| dc.description.abstract | La Farmacovigilancia es la ciencia y actividades relacionadas con la detección, evaluación, entendimiento y prevención de los eventos adversos o cualquier otro problema relacionado con medicamento.
Ante esta situación, se requiere un procedimiento estandarizado para la notificación, registro, procesamiento y análisis clínico de la información y envió de reportes a la entidad reguladora correspondiente. (Resolución 1403 del 2007)
Por lo cual La Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud INTEGRAL VITAL IPS-SAS en desarrollo de su política de calidad crea el Programa de Farmacovigilancia con el cual se pretende dar uso racional y adecuado a la farmacoterapia minimizando los riesgos al paciente. | spa |
