| dc.description.abstract | El presente Proyecto de grado trata la importancia de implementar la cadena de suministro (Supply Chain Management) y la logística, en la industria de flores en Colombia, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos del curso, con el fin de resolver el estudio de caso de esta industria, dando solución a preguntas planteadas y respondidas por el grupo, adicional también se encontrara una breve investigación de la situación actual del sistema logístico de la industria de flores, dirigido a la cadena de valor de la producción y venta, la liquidación actual de la venta de rosas al exterior y la oferta de las flores en Colombia, su implementación integraría todas las operaciones centrales de esta industria a través del Supply Chain,
