dc.description.abstract	La informalidad mercantil en los establecimientos comerciales de Villavicencio, día a día aumenta, lo que genera una problemática en el desarrollo y crecimiento del país. Por lo que se hace necesario establecer medidas que mitiguen de alguna manera y conlleven al rumbo de la formalidad para estos negocios. En este trabajo se resalta la importancia que tiene la Cámara de Comercio como el ente encargado de formalizar el primer requisito que debe tener un establecimiento, teniendo su registro mercantil vigente. Por lo cual se hace un análisis mediante el uso de una encuesta para establecer la ausencia de información en cuanto a los beneficios que se existen dentro del marco de la formalidad y así fomentar la capacitación que debe de liderar la Cámara de Comercio en la pretensión del adelanto económico de la región y por ende del país.	spa

dc.description.abstractenglish	The commercial informality in the commercial establishments of Villavicencio, day by day increases, which generates a problem in the development and growth of the country. So it is necessary to establish measures that mitigate in some way and lead to the direction of formality for these businesses. This work highlights the importance of the Chamber of Commerce as the entity in charge of formalizing the first requirement that an establishment must have, having its commercial register in force. Therefore, an analysis is made through the use of a survey to establish the absence of information regarding the benefits that exist within the framework of the formality and thus promote the training that the Chamber of Commerce should lead in the claim of economic advancement of the region and therefore of the country.	spa
