| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento es un proyecto en el cual se aplica e integran todos los conocimientos del curso de profundización Supply Chain Management y logística, en el cual se analiza y estudia la situación actual del sistema logístico implementado por la industria de flores en Colombia. En donde se analizan puntos como la producción, ventas y distribución con la que La industria floricultora colombiana está funcionando, para así proponer estrategias correctivas Que permitan mejorar y alcanzar una mejor rentabilidad, según sea el caso.
También se analizará las competencias y sistemas logísticos en cuanto a la forma de transporte, Información, tecnología, tiempos y distribución entre la industria de flores de distintos países Con el fin de hacer una comparación, y de ahí proponer y diseñar un plan de mejora en la Logística que actualmente manejan las industrias de flores colombianas. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document is a project in which all the knowledge of the Supply Chain Management and logistics deepening course is applied and integrated, in which the current situation of the logistics system implemented by the flower industry in Colombia is analyzed and studied. Where are analyzed points such as production, sales and distribution with which the Colombian flower industry is working, in order to propose corrective strategies to improve and achieve better profitability, as appropriate.
It will also analyze the competences and logistics systems regarding the form of transport, information, technology, times and distribution among the flower industry of different countries in order to make a comparison, and hence propose and design an improvement plan in the Logistics currently managed by the Colombian flower industries. | spa |
