| dc.description.abstractenglish | One of the strategies sought by the Integrated Planning and Management Model is to achieve the implementation of the knowledge and innovation management policy in the state entities. Whence the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce has been working on the development of this model with the completion of several activities in which they involve officials of the entity and they are looking for ways to strengthen and consolidate learning, thus obtaining better results and generating value in the processes.
In the present work it is made known the important advance that the superintendence of industry and commerce has achieved in the process, likewise it is evident the different moments for which the entity has been working and the obtained achievements, reflecting in the programs and projects as a result of the work tables carried out according to the mission of the entity.
For this reason, in the present work shows the development and implementation of the policy of knowledge management, in the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, beginning with the description and origin of the knowledge until the identification of the programs and activities carried out for the implementation and adoption of the policy of knowledge management, seeking to identify the progress made during the periods between 2016 and 2018 and thus achieve an overview of the importance that the entity has given to the implementation of this policy. | spa |
