This essay makes a statement for the possibility of considering an evolutionary perspective in the socio-cultural human history. We have the conviction it is necessary to change the present historical conception, because it doesn`t allow a new consideration of the Universal History. For that change, we propose a kind of worldly process, namely: evolution. We take it as a process of change in the structural organization of the human mind ability; in fact, the perception, reflection, affects, and cognition are becoming a topic of history. In order to have a wide evolution view, the ties between the natural and human history are briefly exposed
