| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto del curso de profundización se centra en el análisis de la “Logística de distribución de productos perecederos: estudios de caso Fuente de Oro (Meta) y Viotá (Cundinamarca)” donde se revisan los aspectos que intervienen a la hora de definir, controlar y monitorear factores que llegan a influir en la calidad del producto, costos agregados a la cadena de logística entre otros aspectos de relevancia.
Se reviso el caso expuesto y se definió la red estructural existente tomando como foco central los productores de Fuente de Oro y Viotá, de allí se determinó la vulnerabilidad del sistema logístico desde los diferentes componentes, tales como: inventarios- Almacenamiento, transporte- Distribución y tecnología. Para terminar esta primera parte de cierra con la presentación del mapa de requeridos para la administración de la red estructural adoptando el modelo SCOR (Supply Chain Operation reference).
La segunda parte del proyecto se indago sobre la exploración de la situación del sistema logístico del sector agroindustrial a partir de fuentes secundarias; se define la cadena de Porter del sector analizado; se identifican las iniciativas de competitividad, desarrollo de clusters vigentes en Colombia donde se especifica el tipo de iniciativa, nombre de la iniciativa y Departamento en donde se ejecuta dicha iniciativa; se adiciona información del Benchmark en compañías Colombianas y ya se culmina con la propuesta de hoja de ruta para mejorar el sistema logístico del sector Agroindustrial.
Con lo anterior se pudo identificar los puntos importantes de la cadena y aquellos que se debía monitorear y generar un plan de acción inmediato que permitan mitigar, prevenir y/o evitar consecuencias que podrían impactar negativamente en el campo Colombiano, considerando que estos dos Municipios son pilares en el abastecimiento de los principales mercados del Pais. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present project of the deepening course focuses on the analysis of the “Logistics of distribution of perishable products: case studies Fuente de Oro (Meta) and Viotá (Cundinamarca)” where the aspects that intervene when defining are reviewed, control and monitor factors that influence the quality of the product, costs added to the logistics chain among other aspects of relevance.
The exposed case was reviewed and the existing structural network was defined taking as a central focus the producers of Fuente de Oro and Viotá, from there the vulnerability of the logistics system was determined from the different components, such as: inventories- Storage, transport- Distribution and technology. To finish this first part, it closes with the presentation of the map required for the administration of the structural network adopting the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation reference) model.
The second part of the project inquired about the exploration of the situation of the logistics system of the agribusiness sector from secondary sources; Porter's chain of the analyzed sector is defined; Competitiveness initiatives, development of clusters in force in Colombia are identified, specifying the type of initiative, name of the initiative and Department where the initiative is executed; Benchmark information in Colombian companies is added and the roadmap proposal to improve the logistics system of the Agroindustrial sector is already completed.
With the above, it was possible to identify the important points of the chain and those that should be monitored and generate an immediate action plan that allows mitigating, preventing and / or avoiding consequences that could negatively impact the Colombian countryside, considering that these two Municipalities are pillars in the supply of the main markets of the country. | spa |
