| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project aims to articulate knowledge management as a starting point for the risk management process and organizational improvement opportunities, visualizing knowledge management as a basic resource to enable the organization to identify tacit and explicit knowledge of its operation in the processes selected during the study, to be able to analyze all the adverse events that affect the organization and can generate a risk, or opportunities, that can directly impact the strategy of a company.
For the development of this proposal, will be used as a test subject, the processes of the areas of academic management and customer management of the company Centro Cultural Colombo Americano, which is currently certified to Standards ISO 9001:2015, NTC 5555 and 5580, in addition to an implemented Occupational Safety and Health Management System and even so, it presents losses of different kinds and continuous reproaches for the lack of concrete strategies to identify in an assertive way the organizational risk factors, opportunities for improvement and to propose effective control actions, which in turn are a managerial input for strategic decision-making aimed at meeting objectives and business continuity. | spa |
