dc.description.abstract	En este proyecto en el planteamiento del problema se determina la problemática que se está presentado con referencia a la falta control con los vertimientos que se le hacen sin ningún tratamiento al rio pamplonita. Desarrollo metodológico: Recopilación de información en las distintas entidades identificando los controles, responsabilidad y los avances en referencia de la PTAR, acompañado de la entrevista realiza junto con la investigación e información solicitada para determinar si existen un proyecto en pie y las responsabilidades de cada entidad en referencia a esta problemática ambiental, a causa de la falta de tratamiento a las aguas residuales del municipio de pamplona	spa
