| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud frecuentemente se encuentran diversos problemas en cuanto a
impactos ambientales como es problemas de infraestructura, equipos, manejos operativos y ambientales, entre otros, en
algunos se identifican fácilmente con la aplicación de herramientas de producción más limpia y solucionar mediante la implementación de estrategias de minimización y prevención,
acordes a cada situación en particular. (Chía)
El diagnóstico ambiental dentro este programa analiza los aspectos que se traducen en costos de ineficiencia para el centro hospitalario, consumo de materiales, insumos y recursos
(energía, agua, combustibles), generación de residuos,
vertimientos y emisiones.
El análisis de información de elementos ambientales para el sector salud varía de acuerdo con los servicios, nivel de complejidad, número de pacientes promedio e instalaciones de cada institución, razón por la cual las áreas con problemas ambientales o críticas pueden cambiar o aumentar de un nivel a otro. (Salud) Por ende, la importancia de este estudio para conocer el estado ambiental y las normas legales de la Clínica Chía S.A., la clasificación por niveles de complejidad para relacionar, posteriormente, las áreas o servicios a los que se debe prestar mayor atención, y así aplicar alternativas de minimización.
La salud pública reúne las acciones desarrolladas bajo los
lineamientos de la Constitución Política y contenidas en el cuerpo legislativo específico para el tema de la salud en el país.
La Ley 1122 de 2007 enmarca la salud pública y dicta las políticas individuales y colectivas que apuntan a elevar los indicadores de condiciones de vida, bienestar y desarrollo en los habitantes del territorio colombiano. | spa |
