| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad realizar un plan estratégico para el consultorio empresarial del centro agropecuario del Sena Regional Cauca que le permita consolidarse y tener las pautas y bases para operar de una manera más organizada y estructurada.
El trabajo se justifica en que el Consultorio Empresarial del Centro Agropecuario de Popayán a pesar de que lleva dos años en funcionamiento, no ha logrado consolidarse ni tiene un documento escrito que soporte la razón de ser de la organización, hacia donde quiere llegar, a que se dedica, las funciones de sus colaboradores, objetivos y demás. Por lo tanto, se quiere realizar la planeación estratégica en la cual se realizará un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa para conocer sus fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas. Además, definir el contexto organizacional que va a tener el consultorio (Historia, misión, visión, valores) que permitirá continuar con todo el proceso a ejecutar. Con esto se busca que el consultorio empresarial del Centro Agropecuario se consolide, que todos los que forman parte de él sepan que es y hacia dónde se dirige, para así lograr procesos más eficientes y de esta manera impulsar a que los estudiantes tengan un mayor acercamiento e interés al consultorio empresarial e inicien a hacer su etapa practica mediante la modalidad de Apoyo a Unidad Productiva Familiar.
En el desarrollo del presente trabajo los autores aplican conceptos y fundamentos recibidos durante la fase lectiva de la Maestría en Administración de Organizaciones, entregando un trabajo que le permitirá al Consultorio Empresarial del Sena Regional Cauca consolidarse como un referente de asesoría y consultoría empresarial para los integrantes de la comunidad educativa y de la sociedad payanesa. | spa |
