| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe detalla la investigación realizada a la empresa Ladrillos el Zipa Ltda, ubicada en la cuida de Paipa Boyacá Km 1 vía Paipa – Tunja vereda Sativa, esta empresa es productora de: bloques N4, ladrillos portante, bloquelon, teja cartabón y adoquín, es una empresa familiar y una persona externa, es una organización que se ha caracterizado por realizar una producción sostenible, debido a que no tienen un horno rustico, su maquinaria ha venido evolucionando con el desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías que ayudan a reducir las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, generación de residuos sólidos y consumo de agua y energía esto ha contribuido al progreso de la organización y permitirles ganar el pacto verde manifestado por (Villamil, 2018). Una de las actividades que se han venido realizando para que se les otorgue el pacto verde es reforestar, reutilizar los desechos y minimizar el consumo de energía y agua, fueron otros pilares que realizo la organización con ayuda de sus colaboradores
El documento aborda la problemática ambiental que se presenta en la actualidad en ladrillos el Zipa conocer y reflexionar sobre el impacto ambiental en la producción de ladrillo desde la explotación de la arcilla, mediante el análisis de la información se determinó que la organización a pesar que haya trabajado en minimizar el impacto ambiental siguen generando emisiones contaminantes, por este motivo se proponen acciones que mitiguen el efecto negativo al medio ambiente por la producción de ladrillo, es importante que se mejoren los procesos de explotación y producción con tecnología y con buenas practicas que aporten a la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. | spa |

One of the activities that have been carried out to obtain the green pact is reforesting, reusing waste and minimizing the consumption of energy and water, were other pillars that the organization carried out with the help of its collaborators.
The document addresses the environmental problems that are currently present in Zipa bricks, knowing and reflecting on the environmental impact on brick production from the exploitation of clay, by analyzing the information it was determined that the organization, despite having worked on minimizing the environmental impact they continue to generate polluting emissions, for this reason actions are proposed to mitigate the negative effect on the environment of brick production, it is important that the exploitation and production processes are improved with technology and with good practices that contribute to the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System. | spa |
