dc.description.abstractenglishThe Supply Chain Management in business today is considered a key tool in the integration of the production processes of companies, a considerable challenge for companies after the application of Supply Chain is the modernization of processes in order to reduce time dead, reduce costs, unnecessary acquisition of inventory units and increase quality. This ultimately increases the level of competitiveness by successfully advancing towards globalization. Currently, markets have evolved with an important level of integration that includes negotiation, commercial participation, information flow and research of the different components of value chain management that allow them to advance and participate successfully, (Hoyos BP, Suply Chain Management, 2005) indicates that today the strategy is focused on participation between companies, that is, between Supply Chains, a company that decides to advance individually towards commercial globalization will have many obstacles to success. Taking into account (Hoyos BP, Supply Chain Management SCM, 2005), the members of a company's Supply Chain are all those with whom it interacts directly or indirectly to manage its production processes from the points of origin to the final points of distribution. . Therefore, in this work, the company Destino Seguro SAS will be presented, identifying first and primary level suppliers, as well as second and third level suppliers, its clients, members of the Supply Chain Management network structure , the integration of its processes through this network, its organization and integration, operational practices will be analyzed proposing improvements in some processes, in the same way transportation will be taken into account as an important factor in the chain, in such a way that the knowledge acquired in said company.spa
