| dc.description.abstract | Se realiza un proyecto aplicado tomando como contexto el municipio de Montelíbano en el departamento de Córdoba, en éste, se indaga sobre el avance institucional en la atención, asistencia y reparación a las víctimas del conflicto armado. Bajo la metodología GobCib, se adelanta un diagnostico situacional del cual se determinan los limitantes de los ciudadanos para acceder a los servicios ofrecidos por la oficina de víctimas, se detallan los principales hechos padecidos en el territorio seleccionado y se brindan recomendaciones para obtener mayores resultados que signifiquen cumplimiento de derechos constitucionales | spa |

Under the GobCib methodology, a situational diagnosis is carried out which determines the limitations of citizens to access the services received by the victims' office, details the main events suffered in the selected territory and provides recommendations to obtain greater results than signify compliance with constitutional rights. | spa |
