| dc.description.abstract | Emprendimiento es la capacidad y el deseo de planear, organizar y ejecutar un negocio exponiéndose a riesgos, pero también a muchas posibilidades de generar ganancias. En la actualidad es de gran importancia debido al alto desempleo y la necesidad de la población de generar sus propios recursos y no depender de un tercero para sobrevivir, es por esto, que en Colombia en el año 2009 el Gobierno Nacional aprobó y puso en marcha la política nacional del Emprendimiento desde el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo (MinCIT) que viene liderando el sistema de Redes Regionales de Emprendimiento en los 32 departamentos del país. El Ecosistema de Emprendimiento es el conjunto de actores entre los que se encuentran instituciones públicas y privadas, gobernaciones, alcaldías, cámaras de comercio, Universidades, el SENA y muchas más organizaciones, todos ellos con la intención de fomentar el Emprendimiento.
Por lo anterior, el Ecosistema de Emprendimiento es la mejor alternativa para darle crecimiento a una región, hacer que un conjunto de actores trabaje en pro de un objetivo común y hacer que esto funcione, es la mejor manera para que todos ganen. De esta manera, se hace necesario investigar todo lo relacionado con los Ecosistemas de Emprendimiento, su origen, evolución, y la forma como ha impactado en el mundo, Latinoamérica y Colombia; además, de cuáles han sido las experiencias exitosas y las condiciones en que se encuentra el municipio de Fusagasugá, que permita la creación de un Ecosistema de Emprendimiento sostenible en este territorio. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Entrepreneurship is the capacity and the wish of planning, organization and executes in a business and putting himself in danger, but also a lot of possibilities of generating earning. Currently, it is of great importance since the increase of the unemployment and the needs of the population of generating his own earnings and not depending of the third person to be able to live, is because of this, in Colombia in 2009, the National Government approved and put in march national entrepreneurship politics since the commercial ministry, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT) that comes against the system of the red regions of entrepreneurship in the 32 departments of the country. The Entrepreneurship Ecosystem is the set of actors among which are public and private institutions, governments, municipalities, chambers of commerce, universities, SENA and a lot of other organizations, all of them to encourage the entrepreneurship.
Previous, the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem is the best alternative to give development to the region, make a combination of actor works in proactive with a common objective and make it work, is the best way for them to win. In this way, it becomes necessary to investigate everything related to Entrepreneurship Ecosystems, their origin, evolution, and how it has impacted the world, Latin America and Colombia; also, the ones that have success experiences that we find the municipality of Fusagasugá is located, which allows the creation of a sustainable Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in the territory. | |
