| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo sintetiza la situación actual que se presenta en la Fiscalía General de la Nación Seccional Boyacá con relación a los servidores pensionados y pre pensionados que se resisten a retirarse por diversas razones, en cuyo caso se realizó la investigación de sus causas y la formulación de un plan de preparación para su jubilación.
Dentro del objetivo de la investigación se determinó las razones personales y colectivas que están promoviendo la resistencia al eventual retiro de la entidad; en tal aspecto se formuló la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo preparar a los funcionarios de la Fiscalía General de Nación, Seccional Boyacá, próximos a jubilarse para asegurar un retiro tranquilo y a tiempo? para responder este cuestionamiento se usó la encuesta como herramienta de averiguación de la información y para el estudio analizado se empleó una metodología de tipo exploratoria y propositiva, a través de ella se identifican las principales causas y se formula la Propuesta Plan de Preparación para pre-pensionados de la entidad.
Seguidamente se presenta la fase de estructuración del plan de preparación: el plan y en orden a la importancia de los resultados, inicia con el aspecto financiero por ser la causa más importante, seguida de la ocupación del tiempo y el aspecto psicosocial, tema en el que se incluyen algunas ideas planteadas en los Fundamentos del Factor de Confianza de Stephen M.R. Covey. Finalmente se plantean comentarios a manera de conclusiones. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work summarizes the current situation presented in the Boyacá Sectional Nation Attorney General's Office in relation to pensioned and pre-pensioned servants who are reluctant to retire for various reasons, in which case the investigation of their causes and the formulation of a retirement preparation plan was carried out.
Within the objective of the investigation was determined the personal and collective reasons that are promoting resistance to the eventual withdrawal of the entity; in this regard, the following investigative question was asked: How to prepare the officials of the Attorney General's Office, Sectional Boyacá, who are close to retirement to ensure a quiet and timely retreat? To answer this question, the survey was used as a tool for information inquiry and for the analyzed study an exploratory and purpose-based methodology was used, through which the main causes are identified and the proposal is formulated a Preparation Plan for pre-pensioners of the entity.
The structuring phase of the preparation plan is presented below: the plan, in order to the importance of the results, begins with the financial aspect as the most important cause, followed by the occupation of time and the psychosocial aspect, which includes some ideas raised in the foundations of Stephen M.R. Covey's Confidence Factor. Finally, comments are made in the form of conclusions. | |
