| dc.description.abstract | A partir del diagnóstico realizado a la planta de reciclaje ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá, bajo la norma ISO 14001:2015, se puede determinar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales aplicables e identificar los aspectos e impactos ambientales generados por las diferentes actividades y/o procesos realizados al interior de la planta, con el fin de identificar acciones de mejora continua.
La planta de reciclaje está bajo la administración y operación de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Servicios Públicos (UAESP), se encarga del proceso de separación, paletización y trituración de diferentes residuos sólidos no peligrosos, dentro de los cuales se encuentra el cartón, botellas PET, latas, papel, entre otros, con el fin de reingresarlos a la cadena productiva y disminuir la cantidad de material reciclable que se deposita en el relleno sanitario de Doña Juana.
Un aspecto igualmente importante, es la formalización de empleo, ya que todos los trabajadores pertenecientes a la planta son recicladores de oficio, el pago se le hace al destajo, de acuerdo a los que separen en el día y se les paga por pesaje, contando con la ventaja de estar bajo techo, protegidos del ambiente y con el apoyo del UAESP, ya que la empresa entrega los materiales para separación en la puerta de la planta y esto les permite separar en mayor volumen y de manera constante. | |
