dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación presenta la gran importancia de las herramientas digitales convirtiéndose hoy en día en nuevas tendencias de hacer negocios de manera eficaz, rápida, practica y a bajo costo; Sin lugar a dudas el internet y el turismo engrana acertadamente favoreciendo el sector turístico del departamento del Magdalena. Asimismo Santa Marta tiene un gran privilegio cuenta con maravilloso recursos naturales, variedades de playas, ríos, flora, fauna etc. Convirtiéndose en una de la ciudades más importante del Caribe Colombiano. La investigación permite determinar que el uso de las nuevas tecnologías ha servido en el desarrollo comercial para posicionar, mostrar y dar a conocer la playa del rodadero en la cual se realizó encuesta, mediante muestra aleatoria en la que se concluye la perla del caribe es el sitio idóneo y la primera opción de destino para vacacionar a nivel nacional e internacional en la que las herramientas digitales es la forma eficaz de conectarse, es el boom del siglo XXI no existe barrera alguna, ni edad, raza, idioma convirtiéndose en un gran potencial; La conjugación de playas exóticas del rodadero y la tecnología es un buen palpito.
