El presente artículo es resultado del trabajo de investigación para optar al título de Magíster en Tecnología Educativa y Competencias Digitales de la UNIR denominado: “Big Data, educación y post acuerdo: cultura de paz en las redes” cuyo objetivo principal era identificar la percepción de los estudiantes de la Universidad de Pamplona y de usuarios de Twitter sobre la violencia digital en redes y el proceso de paz en Colombia, para concretar una propuesta educativa mediada por las TIC. Los datos se extrajeron a través de programación en Python y el API de Twitter, para el proceso de minería de texto y su representación se utilizaron los softwares Tableau y Power BI Desktop. Para contrastar la información y afianzar la toma de decisiones se referenció la encuesta Gallup No. 130 de 2019, y la Encuesta “Big Data, Educación y Post-Acuerdo: Cultura de paz en las redes” realizada a la población estudiantil de la Institución. Conceptos como “Educación y Construcción de Paz” no tienen una aparición significativa en los resultados y se hace necesario repensar la forma de abordar el flagelo de la violencia digital desde las aulas.This article is the result of research work to apply for the Master's degree in Educational Technology and Digital Competences at UNIR called: "Big Data, education and post-agreement: culture of peace in networks" whose main objective was to identify the perception of students from the University of Pamplona and Twitter users on digital violence in networks and the peace process in Colombia, to specify an educational proposal mediated by ICT. The data was extracted through Python programming and the Twitter API, for the text mining process and its representation were used in the Tableau and Power BI Desktop software. To contrast the information and strengthen decision-making, the Gallup survey No. 130 of 2019 was referenced, and the Survey “Big Data, Education and Post-Agreement: Culture of peace in the networks” carried out on the student population of the Institution. Concepts such as "Education and Peacebuilding" do not have a significant appearance in the results and it is necessary to rethink the way to tackle the scourge of digital violence from the classroom.
