| dc.description.abstract | La presente monografía permite identificar y determinar cuáles han sido esos cambios normativos realizados por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, los cuales de una u otra manera han favorecido la aprobación del Estudio del Impacto Ambiental a las empresas multinacionales para obtener la Licencia Ambiental para explotación minera de las zonas protegidas en nuestro país frente a una problemática vigente de discusión por la conservación de la naturaleza y de los ecosistemas de páramo versus el desarrollo económico del país, donde se quiere hacer cabida a la explotación minera a gran escala a consta de recursos no renovables que le pertenecen y benefician a la comunidad específicamente en ecosistemas de páramos refiriéndonos en la actualidad al Páramo Santurbán, teniendo en cuenta que todo proyecto mega minero trae consigo afectación drástica de los componentes bióticos, abióticos y socioeconómicos de estas despensas naturales como son los páramos y sus zonas de influencia; por todo lo anterior, esta monografía identifica y determinar cuáles han sido esos cambios normativos realizados por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, los cuales han favorecido a estas empresas multinacionales para obtener la Licencia Ambiental para explotación minera de las zonas protegidas en nuestro país.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present monograph allows us to identify and determine which have been those normative changes made by the Ministry of the Environment, which in one way or another have favored the approval of the Environmental Impact Study to the multinational companies to obtain the Environmental License for the mining exploitation of the protected areas in our country in front of a current problem of discussion for the conservation of nature and the ecosystems of the moorland versus the economic development of the country, where we want to make room for large scale mining exploitation consists of non-renewable resources that belong to and benefit the community specifically in paramo ecosystems, referring at present to the Paramo Santurban, taking into account that all mega mining projects bring with them drastic effects on the biotic, abiotic and socioeconomic components of these natural pantries such as the paramos and their areas of influence; For all the above reasons, this monograph identifies and determines which regulatory changes have been made by the Ministry of the Environment, which have favored these multinational companies to obtain the Environmental License for mining in the protected areas in our country.
