El crecimiento poblacional de Bogotá D.C. demanda una continua construcción y rehabilitación de su malla vial, generando Residuos de Construcción y Demolición - RCD que son objeto de control por la Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente de Bogotá -SDA. La Resolución 932/2015 establece para los generadores la obligatoriedad de elaborar el Plan de Gestión de RCD - PGRCD, para lo cual la SDA ha elaborado la Guía para la Elaboración del Plan de Gestión de RCD en la Obra, con el fin de establecer lineamientos en cuanto a su estructura y aspectos mínimos a considerar, contribuyendo a minimizar los impactos ambientales ocasionados por los RCD mediante su aprovechamiento.      El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la aplicación de la Guía en una obra de rehabilitación vial, evaluando su factibilidad en el escenario real de la ciudad. Metodológicamente se desarrollaron tres fases en las que se revisó el PGRCD de la obra y se contrastó su cumplimiento con los requisitos de la Guía. Seguidamente, se evaluó su implementación en la obra, determinando si los lineamientos establecidos en la Guía son viables. Finalmente, se identificaron las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas de la gestión de RCD llevada a cabo en la obra, y de la gestión de la SDA realizada sobre la obra.        Los resultados señalan que para este tipo de proyectos la Guía si es factible. Se plantean recomendaciones para que la autoridad ambiental y los proyectos con estas características, realicen una mejor gestión de los RCD.     The population growth of Bogotá D.C. It demands a continuous construction and rehabilitation of its road network, generating Construction and Demolition Waste - RCD that are subject to control by the District Department of Environment of Bogotá -SDA. Resolution 932/2015 establishes for the generators the obligation to prepare the RCD Management Plan - PGRCD, for which, the SDA has prepared the Guide for the Development of the RCD Management Plan in the Work, in order to establish guidelines regarding its structure and minimum aspects to consider, contributing to minimize the environmental risks caused by the RCD through its use.      The objective of this research is to analyze the application of the Guide in a road rehabilitation work, evaluating its feasibility in the real city scenario. Methodologically, three phases were developed in which the PGRCD of the work was reviewed and its compliance with the requirements of the Guide is contrasted. Next, its implementation in the work was evaluated, determining if the guidelines established in the Guide are viable. Finally, the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats of the RCD management carried out in the work, and the management of the SDA carried out on the work are identified.     The results indicate that for this type of projects the Guide is feasible. Recommendations are made for the environmental authority and projects with these characteristics, make better management of the RCD.
