| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo tiene como objetivo plantear una propuesta para el adecuado manejo de Supply Chain Management y logística en la empresa Bavaria S.A., en busqueda de estrategias y alternativas que puedan ser aplicadas a la compañía objeto de estudio.
Con base a lo anterior, la empresa logra conocer su cadena de abastecimiento desde sus proveedores hasta sus clientes, para así conocer las necesidades de toda la cadena y con esto ofrecer servicios o productos con valor agregado para el mercado garantizando la permanencia en este. | |
