| dc.description.abstract | Esta propuesta de investigación cualitativa de tipo descriptivo-explicativo pretende formular los fundamentos que debería tener una política pública ambiental para el saneamiento del Río Cali, problemática de gran urgencia ya que se ha identificado un gran deterioro de la biodiversidad del corredor verde que este rio representa en la ciudad, y con esto también un desmejoramiento de la calidad de vida delos habitantes del sector, incluso de la ciudad y departamento, ya que este rio desemboza en el rio cauca, llevando sus componentes contaminantes hasta dicho río y perjudicando las dinámicas cotidianas de otras poblaciones rio abajo.
Esta problemática se torna política en la medida que se debe tomar acciones conjuntas de los habitantes de los alrededores del río con las instituciones sociales y de gobierno para que dichas acciones sean efectivas y duraderas, pero al mismo tiempo toda solución que se formule debe tener en cuenta las condiciones de posibilidad de dichas acciones por las comunidades de los alrededores del rio. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This descriptive-explanatory qualitative research proposal aims to formulate the foundations that an environmental public policy should have for the sanitation of the Cali River, a problem of great urgency since a great deterioration of the biodiversity of the green corridor that this river represents has been identified. in the city, and with this also a deterioration in the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector, even in the city and department, since this river flows into the Cauca River, carrying its polluting components to said river and damaging the daily dynamics of other populations downstream.
This problem becomes political to the extent that joint actions of the inhabitants of the surroundings of the river must be taken with the social and government institutions so that these actions are effective and lasting, but at the same time any solution that is formulated must take into account it considers the conditions of possibility of said actions by the communities around the river. | |
