| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente artículo se sistematiza la experiencia del Festival Internacional
de Cine y Vídeo Alternativo y Comunitario “Ojo al Sancocho” como una innovación social, bajo una metodología cualitativa, la cual recoge una serie de vulnerabilidades sociales que, a través de la acción y saberes comunitarios, las transforma en alternativas productivas, culturales y sociales capaces de incidir en los tejidos sociales de la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar. Asimismo, se disputa con los medios de comunicación hegemónicos la interpretación de la realidad que bajo su lente excluye las realidades en las periferias.
Dentro de los resultados más significativos de esta innovación está la creación
del Potocine, la primera sala de cine comunitario, la cual hasta hoy funciona como espacio de participación para fortalecer y reivindicar el conocimiento popular. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The following article systematizes the experience of the International Festival
of Alternative and Community Film and Video "Ojo al Sancocho" as social innovation, under a qualitative methodology, which collects a series of social vulnerabilities that, through community action and knowledge, transforms them into productive, cultural, and social alternatives capable of influencing the social fabric of the town of Ciudad Bolívar. Likewise, the interpretation of reality is disputed with the hegemonic media, which excludes realities in the peripheries under their lens.
Among the most significant results of this innovation is the creation
