dc.description	Public institutions are these organizations that depend on the governments with which it seeks to provide a service to meet the needs of society, these institutions are based on public resources that are provided by society itself in order that they can count on basic services in a free and accessible way, this type of institutions represent an important pillar for the development of society due to the services it offers us for a better life. Transparency plays an important role for society and especially for these institutions, and with transparency what is sought to know how each of the resources that are destined to the public treasury are used to be able to help it fulfill its already established functions. In this research we will talk about how transparency in public institutions has marked a great importance for society to be safe and know how to use the resources they contribute and specially to know if any crime is being committed by diverting these resources for use in society.	en
dc.description	Las instituciones públicas son los organismos que dependen de los gobiernos, con los cuales se busca el brindar un servicio para satisfacer las necesidades de la sociedad, estas instituciones se sustentan de los recursos públicos, mismos que son aportados por la propia sociedad con la finalidad de que puedan contar con los servicios básicos de una manera gratis y accesible, este tipo de instituciones representan un pilar importante para el desarrollo de la sociedad debido a los servicios que esta nos ofrece para un mejor vivir. La transparencia juega un papel importante para la sociedad y sobre todo para estas instituciones, ya que con la transparencia lo que se busca saber es cómo se utilizan cada uno de los recursos que son destinados al erario público para poder ayudar a que este cumpla con sus funciones establecidas. En la presente investigación hablaremos sobre como la transparencia en las instituciones públicas ha marcado una gran importancia para que la sociedad esté segura y sepa cómo se usan los recursos que ellos aportan y sobre todo para conocer si se está cometiendo algún delito al desviar estos recursos para su uso en la sociedad.	es
