dc.description	Companies always seek that their processes or activities are done safely, efficiently, but above all have control of everything that is carried out within it, having an efficient operational area implies a lot of work which sometimes companies find difficult to do or in all expenses invest their money in this aspect. For this the audit has a branch that is of great help for these problems of the companies since with it it is known if the processes are being efficient, if they are generating benefits to the company improving its effectiveness, as well as the profitability of this, it is the operational audit which is responsible for reviewing that the processes are being well applied, as well as verify that the allocated resources are being used in a reasonable manner for the benefit of the entity. This research will address how the operational audit has helped companies to have better processes by ensuring and constantly verifying that they meet the objectives established by the directive, thus leading to the company being effective, profitable, and competitive.	en
dc.description	Las empresas siempre buscan que sus procesos o actividades se hagan de manera segura, eficiente, pero sobre todo tener un control de todo lo que se lleva a cabo dentro de ella, el tener un área operativa eficiente implica mucho trabajo lo cual en ocasiones a las empresas se les hace difícil hacer o en todo gasto invertir su dinero en este aspecto. Para ello la auditoria tiene una rama que es de gran ayuda para estos problemas de las empresas ya que con ella se conoce si los procesos están siendo eficientes, si están generando beneficios a la empresa mejorando su eficacia, así como la rentabilidad de esta, es la auditoria operativa la cual se encarga de revisar que los procesos estén siendo bien aplicado, así como verificar que los recursos asignados este siendo utilizados de manera razonable a beneficio de la entidad. En esta investigación se abordará como la auditoria operativa ha ayudado a que las empresas tengan mejores procesos al asegurarse y verificar constantemente que estos cumplan con los objetivos establecidos por la directiva llevando así a que la empresa sea eficaz, rentable y competitiva.	es
