| dc.description.abstract | Los géneros como el bambuco, joropo y currulao, emblema cultural de nuestra Colombia tienen la capacidad para renovarse al presente musical dadas las exigencias propias de la modernidad, permitiéndose modificar su forma para adaptarse a nuevas circunstancias, sin perder por ello su sentido y esencia.
El bambuco es el ritmo nacional autóctono de Colombia y uno de los más representativos del país. Se interpreta principalmente con instrumentos de cuerda y percusión; el joropo es una forma tradicional de música que identifica plenamente al colombiano de los llanos; y por último el currulao, de la zona del pacífica, compuesto típicamente de instrumentos de percusión.
Con el uso de estos géneros y a través de la inclusión del acordeón se espera resaltarlos por medio de un ejercicio compositivo que propone crear un ensamble no tradicional que se consagre como un aporte a la apreciación musical y una exploración tímbrica y matiz de manera novedosa. Adicionalmente, el acordeón a través de esta composición será el protagonista debido a su sonoridad, con estos géneros que permiten apreciar el folclor y la identidad del país, y mostrarse como un instrumento integral, que además de ser popular, puede ser utilizado académicamente. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Genres such as bambuco, joropo and currulao, cultural emblem of our Colombia, have the ability to renew themselves to the musical present given the demands of modernity, allowing themselves to modify their form to adapt to new circumstances, without losing their meaning and essence.
The bambuco is the native national rhythm of Colombia and one of the most representative in the country. It is mainly performed with string and percussion instruments; the joropo is a traditional form of music that fully identifies the Colombian of the plains; and finally the currulao, from the Pacific area, typically composed of percussion instruments.
With the use of these genres and through the inclusion of the accordion, it is expected to highlight them through a compositional exercise that proposes to create a non-traditional ensemble that is consecrated as a contribution to musical appreciation and an exploration of timbre and nuance in a novel way. Additionally, the accordion through this composition will be the protagonist due to its sonority, with these genres that allow us to appreciate the country's folklore and identity, and show itself as an integral instrument, which in addition to being popular, can be used academically. | |
