| dc.description.abstract | La implementación de un Sistema Integrado de Gestión a una empresa llamada Ecoblue SAS dedicada a la recolección, gestión y aprovechamiento de residuos, es el principal objetivo de este trabajo desarrollado como opción de grado del Diplomado en Gerencia del Sistema Integrado de Gestión en Seguridad Salud Ambiente y Calidad HSEQ. En este documento se analizan las herramientas necesarias para la implementación del SIG en esta empresa, basado en el cumplimiento de las normas ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018, para una futura certificación en estas. Esto se desarrolla a través de un diagnostico con lista de chequeo del estado actual de la empresa, un análisis Pestel, la matriz Vester, una matriz de riesgos, la identificación de stakeholders y sugerencias para implementar el Plan Integral del SIG. Con estas herramientas se podrá contemplar el mejor escenario para que la empresa pueda obtener sus certificaciones y contribuir a su mejora continúa. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The implementation of an Integrated Management System to a company called Ecoblue SAS dedicated to the collection, management and use of waste, is the main objective of this work developed as a degree option of the Diploma in Management of the Integrated Management System in Safety Health Environment and HSEQ Quality. This document analyzes the necessary tools for the implementation of the SIG in this company, based on compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, for future certification in these. This is developed through a diagnosis with a checklist of the current state of the company, a Pestel analysis, the Vester matrix, a risk matrix, the identification of stakeholders and suggestions to implement the Comprehensive SIG Plan. With these tools, it will be possible to contemplate the best scenario for the company to obtain its certifications and contribute to its continuous improvement. | |
