| dc.description.abstract | Debido a la pandemia mundial causada por el virus SARS- Covid-19, la estructura económica en general de Colombia se ha visto fuertemente afectada. Dentro de ello, el papel de la gestión pública ha tomado un papel cada vez más representativo, en torno a las medidas tomadas por cada ente territorial frente a la prevención del contagio por el virus.
Al considerar que uno de los gremios comerciales más afectados por la crisis sanitaria, es el turismo, el cual representa una columna para la economía del país, al promover aspectos como empleo, la cultura, la sostenibilidad ambiental y sobre todo el flujo de divisas de carácter internacional, algunas de las medidas tomadas por el gobierno afectado gravemente la industria turística, “Esta pérdida es equivalente a 20,1 billones de pesos, que podría representar el 1,5 por ciento del PIB de Colombia del año 2020” (Camacho & Vanegas, 2020). De modo que ciudades que apoyan su economía en el turismo se vieron altamente perjudicadas durante el año 2020, tal como el caso de Girardot.
Por consiguiente, en el presente estudio el lector podrá encontrar un análisis a las medidas tomadas por la administración pública del municipio de Girardot, Cundinamarca en el marco de la crisis sanitaria por el virus covid-19 | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Due to the global pandemic caused by the SARS-Covid-19 virus, the general economic structure of Colombia has been strongly affected. Within this, the role of public management has taken on an increasingly representative role, around the measures taken by each territorial entity against the prevention of contagion by the virus.
Considering that one of the business associations most affected by the health crisis is tourism, which represents a backbone for the country's economy, by promoting aspects such as employment, culture, environmental sustainability and, above all, the flow of foreign currency from international character, some of the measures taken by the government seriously affected the tourism industry, "This loss is equivalent to 20.1 billion pesos, which could represent 1.5 percent of Colombia's GDP in 2020" (Camacho & Vanegas, 2020). So, cities that support their economy in tourism were highly affected during the year 2020, such as the case of Girardot.
Therefore, in this study the reader will be able to find an analysis of the measures taken by the public administration of the municipality of Girardot, Cundinamarca in the framework of the health crisis due to the covid-19 virus. | |
