| dc.description.abstract | La finalidad de este trabajo se centra en plantear una propuesta de intervención en atención integral en salud a partir de acciones en gestión de la salud pública sobre el diagnóstico de razón mortalidad materna a 42 días en el municipio de Leticia Amazonas, dado que el departamento de acuerdo al ASIS Nacional (2019) mostró un alto índice de mortalidad materna a 42 días , por tanto, se relacionan los actores de la salud desde su alcance y responsabilidad para que contribuyan a la reducción de esta tasa, esto será posible, dado a unas estrategias que se han formulado específicamente para intervenir a la población afectada con educación en salud sobre maternidad segura, la implementación de brigadas de salud y de visitas domiciliarias que darán continuidad al proceso. La propuesta de intervención integral en salud en la problemática identificada está anclada en los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible, y a una línea operativa de gestión de riesgo en salud, propuesta en el PDSP 2012-2021. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of this work focuses on proposing a proposal for intervention in comprehensive health care based on actions in public health management on the diagnosis of maternal mortality ratio at 42 days in the municipality of Leticia Amazonas, given that the department of According to the National ASIS (2019) it showed a high rate of maternal mortality at 42 days, therefore, the health actors are related from their scope and responsibility so that they contribute to the reduction of this rate, this will be possible, given some strategies that have been specifically formulated to intervene in the affected population with health education on safe motherhood, the implementation of health brigades and home visits that will give continuity to the process. The proposal for comprehensive health intervention in the identified problem is anchored in the sustainable development objectives, and in an operational line of health risk management, proposed in the PDSP 2012-2021. | |
