| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto investigativo tiene como objetivo de identificar la importancia del Registro formato reporte de sospecha de eventos adversos a medicamentos - FOREAM del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (INVIMA), a reacciones Adversas a medicamentos según normatividad, Con la farmacovigilancia se da el cumplimiento a la normatividad e importancia del perfil de seguridad de los medicamentos y dispositivos médicos, la importancia en el uso racional de medicamentos y la importancia de la adherencia a los tratamientos farmacológicos.
se evidencio importancia de este procedimiento en las droguerías Colsubsidio, y se corroboro que tiene implementado el programa de farmacovigilancia según lo estipulado por la normatividad legal vigente, estableciendo los fallos terapéuticos o reacciones adversas en la dispensación en los diferentes puntos de atención droguerías y dispensarios.
Con el estudio realizado se pudo evidenciar que, en su totalidad del personal auxiliares de farmacia, regentes y/o directores técnicos tienen el conocimiento sobre el manejo del programa de farmacovigilancia establecido por las droguerías Colsubsidio. | |

The importance of this procedure in the Colsubsidio drugstores was evidenced, and it was confirmed that the pharmacovigilance program has been implemented as stipulated by the current legal regulations, establishing therapeutic failures or adverse reactions in the dispensing in the different drugstore and dispensary care points.
With the study carried out, it was possible to show that, in its entirety, the auxiliary pharmacy staff, regents and/or technical directors have knowledge about the management of the pharmacovigilance program established by the Colsubsidio drugstores. | |
