dc.description.abstract	La farmacovigilancia es la disciplina que permite detectar, estudiar analizar, evaluar, prevenir y comprender, con profundidad los eventos adversos que se pueden causar por la utilización de los medicamentos, o los problemas relacionados con ellos, esto se realiza por medio de una serie de clasificaciones y mediciones como las busca el suministro de medicamentos, que proporcionen al paciente seguridad y calidad, además de la eficacia para el éxito del tratamiento farmacéutico, por medio de una excelente prescripción y dispensación, en la que se dé la información correcta para su uso evitando caer en errores. Es deber de todos los integrantes del personal de salud velar para que esto se cumpla, por ello es necesario que conozcan los medios de reporte, la clasificación de los eventos adversos de medicamentos EAM y las reacciones adversas de medicamentos. El regente de farmacia tiene la responsabilidad de contribuir con la seguridad del paciente por medio de la relación beneficio – riesgo, buscando la eficacia de los tratamientos terapéuticos y el uso racional de los medicamentos

dc.description.abstractenglish	The Pharmacovigilance is the discipline that it allows to detect, to study to analyze, to evaluate, to prepare and to understand, with depth the adverse events that can be caused by the use of the medicines, or the problems related to them, this is realized by means of a series of classifications and measurements like they are looked by the supply of medicines, which provide to the patient safety and quality, in addition to the efficacy for the success of the pharmaceutical treatment, by means of an excellent prescription and dispensing, in that the correct information happens for his use avoiding to fall down in errors. It is a duty of all the members of the personnel of health to stay awake so that this is fulfilled, for it is necessary that they know the means of report, the classification of the adverse events of medicines EAM and the adverse reactions of medicines. The regent of pharmacy has the responsibility of contributing with the safety of the patient by means of the relation benefit–risk ratio, seeking the efficacy of therapeutic treatments and the rational use of medications.
