| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo presenta un análisis desde la dimensión nacional sobre la gestión de las empresas sociales del estado por parte de los gerentes y su evaluación a través de un indicador sintético diseñado por el Ministerio de salud y protección social. A partir de los datos recolectados en los informes de gestión y el monitoreo con el aplicativo AI-hospitales se diseña una análisis que compara al gestión en diferentes niveles territoriales de las ESE municipal, distrital, departamental y nacional (en Boyacá y Bogotá); y por niveles de atención en salud, demostrando que hay diferencias estadísticas en la evaluación de la gestión a través de los tres últimos años con notorios cambios en la ese departamental y nacional. Sin embargo el indicador de gestión incluye un número plural de variables superior por nivel de gestión y esto debe considerarse a la hora de analizar y comparar la gestión hospitalaria en el territorio nacional. En promedio Boyacá refleja indicadores de gestión muy apropiados para el periodo evaluado frente a los indicadores de las ESE nacionales y distritales de Bogotá. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper presents an analysis from the national dimension on the management of state social enterprises by managers and their evaluation through a synthetic indicator designed by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. Based on the data collected in the management reports and the monitoring with the AI-hospitals application, an analysis is designed that compares the management at different territorial levels of the municipal, district, departmental and national ESEs (in Boyacá and Bogotá); and by levels of health care, showing that there are statistical differences in the evaluation of management over the last three years, with notable changes in the departmental and national levels. However, the management indicator includes a plural number of higher variables by management level and this must be considered when analyzing and comparing hospital management in the national territory. On average, Boyacá reflects indicators of adequate management for the evaluated period compared to the indicators of the national and district ESEs of Bogotá. | |
