| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto hace un análisis de las Estrategias de Gestión utilizadas para implementar la Política de Vendedores Ambulantes en Bogotá, identificando hasta donde esta Política ha sido útil en el manejo de la problemática de los Vendedores Informales a nivel Bogotá, para tal fin, se hizo necesario realizar una encuesta a una muestra de esta población que permitió identificar los aspectos más relevantes que tienen que ver con las vivencias, el entorno económico y socio cultural de los vendedores informales y a la vez la jurisprudencia y estrategias que ha impartido el Gobierno para regular y aplicar tal Política. Esta monografía deja en evidencia que gran parte de la población en Bogotá depende del Comercio Informal para poder subsistir ya que no son solo las personas que se dedican a esta actividad sino también sus familias, por otro lado, es una tarea muy grande del Gobierno y sus Instituciones propiciar que la Política del Vendedor Informal se cumpla y direccionando de manera ordenada y articulada con diferentes estrategias haciendo un seguimiento permanente a esta población.
Otro factor de gran importancia dentro de este análisis, es el uso del espacio público que está en contravía con el derecho al trabajo que plantean los Vendedores Informales al desarrollar tal actividad en estos espacios que se presume deberían ser de uso de la demás población lo cual se convierte en estudio y gran interés por parte del Gobierno ya que ha permitido generar estrategias que también permitan la movilización de la otra población sin obstáculos.
Por último, el gobierno tiene un desafío muy grande ya que, aunque este comercio facilita el sustento de estas personas, no es la condición más esperada ya que la permanencia en el tiempo con este tipo de actividades a largo plazo hace que estén más vulnerables en razón a la falta de cotización en sistemas de seguridad social y ahorro para la vejez, por otro lado, el gobierno está dejando de percibir ingresos en materia fiscal que permitan el crecimiento económico del país. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project makes an analysis of the Management Strategies used to implement the Street Vendors Policy in Bogotá, identifying the extent to which this Policy has been useful in managing the problem of Informal Vendors at the Bogotá level, for this purpose, it became necessary conducting a survey of a sample of this population that allowed identifying the most relevant aspects that have to do with the experiences, the economic and socio-cultural environment of informal vendors and at the same time the jurisprudence and strategies that the Government has taught to regulate and apply such Policy. This research shows that a large part of the population in Bogotá depends on Informal Commerce to be able to survive since it is not only the people who dedicate themselves to this activity but also their families, on the other hand, it is a very large task of the Government and Its Institutions promote compliance with the Informal Vendor Policy and directing it in an orderly and articulated manner with different strategies, constantly monitoring this population.
Another factor of great importance within this analysis is the use of public space that is contrary to the right to work posed by Informal Sellers when developing such activity in these spaces that it is presumed should be used by the other population, which It becomes a study and great interest on the part of the Government since it has allowed the generation of strategies that also allow the mobilization of the other population without obstacles.
