| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación es el resultado de un proceso de observación de las experiencias vividas en el Centro Comercial San Andresito de Tunja -Boyacá-. Se describe la motivación principal que se tuvo en cuenta para la ejecución de la investigación y como una forma de contribuir al mejoramiento de la seguridad de quienes allí laboran. Se plantean las problemáticas que están latentes en seguridad y salud de los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Centro Comercial. Asimismo, se hacen evidentes los aspectos que, tanto dirigentes del centro comercial como propietarios de locales y trabajadores, deben tener en cuenta para evitar cualquier situación que ponga en riesgo la vida de los trabajadores. Finalmente, se proponen los correctivos que es necesario realizar para mejorar la seguridad y la salud. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research work is the result of a process of observation of the experiences lived in the San Andresito Shopping Center in Tunja -Boyacá-. It describes the main motivation that was taken into account for the execution of the research and as a way to contribute to the improvement of the safety of those who work there. The latent problems related to the safety and health of the workers of the Shopping Center are presented. Likewise, the aspects that both the managers of the shopping mall and the owners of the premises and workers should take into account to avoid any situation that could put the workers' lives at risk are made evident. Finally, the corrective measures that need to be taken to improve health and safety are proposed. | |
