| dc.description.abstract | La presente propuesta va dirigida al diseño e implementación de un sistema de costos por órdenes de producción en la empresa E&M GOURMET SAS, donde se busca obtener como resultado una matriz en Excel que permita detallar cada elemento del costo por producto. La investigación es aplicada con tipo de estudio descriptivo en donde inicialmente se hace un diagnóstico de la situación, se recolecta y organiza la información y se fijan lineamientos de estandarización de procesos para finalmente generar informes y documentos necesarios en la operación. Finalmente se obtiene una matriz en Excel en donde se logra evidenciar y analizar de forma independiente cada uno de los elementos del costo y la participación que cada uno de estos ejerce sobre el costo total de producción. Se logró establecer precios competitivos en el mercado, analizar mermas y rendimientos por producto y tomar decisiones importantes para mejorar procesos y minimizar costos innecesarios. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This proposal is aimed at the design and implementation of a cost system for production orders in the company E&M GOURMET SAS, where it is sought to obtain as a result an Excel matrix that allows detailing each element of the cost per product. The research is applied with a type of descriptive study where initially a diagnosis of the situation is made, the information is collected and organized and guidelines for the standardization of processes are established to finally generate reports and documents necessary for the operation. Finally, an Excel matrix is obtained where it is possible to independently demonstrate and analyze each of the cost elements and the participation that each of these exerts on the total cost of production. It was possible to establish competitive prices in the market, analyze losses and yields by product and make important decisions to improve processes and minimize unnecessary costs. | |
