| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se desarrolla la investigación titulada “Efectos del incumplimiento en la implementación del Acuerdo de Paz firmado en el 2016 por parte de las extintas FARC-EP y del Gobierno Nacional”, la cual, estudia aspectos como el rol del Gobierno Nacional y de las FARC- EP en el cumplimiento del Acuerdo de Paz firmado en 2016, la seguridad en Colombia luego de la puesta en marcha de las estrategias planeadas para dar cumplimiento a los acuerdos de paz y los puntos que hasta ahora han sido incumplidos por estos dos actores como principales garantes del Acuerdo de Paz en el país. Este documento busca cumplir con el objetivo de identificar los efectos causados por el incumplimiento en la implementación del Acuerdo de Paz firmado en el 2016 por parte de las extintas FARC-EP y del Gobierno Nacional.
Finalmente, luego de la revisión documental y del análisis de los datos encontrados el autor concluye que los efectos causados por el incumplimiento de las extintas FARC-EP y del Gobierno Nacional son el restablecimiento del conflicto armado y sus derivados, el surgimiento de nuevas estructuras delincuenciales y la perpetuación del conflicto armado en Colombia acompañado de la incertidumbre que afecta a la esfera política, económica y social de Colombia.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this document, the research entitled "Effects of non-compliance in the implementation of the Peace Agreement signed in 2016 by the extinct FARC-EP and the National Government" is developed, which studies aspects such as the role of the National Government and of the FARC-EP in compliance with the Peace Agreement signed in 2016, security in Colombia after the implementation of the planned strategies to comply with the peace agreements and the points that have been breached so far by these two actors as the main guarantors of the Peace Agreement in the country. This document seeks to fulfill the objective of identifying the effects caused by the non-compliance in the implementation of the Peace Agreement signed in 2016 by the extinct FARC-EP and the National Government.
Finally, after the documentary review and analysis of the data found, the author concludes that the effects caused by the non-compliance of the extinct FARC-EP and the National Government are the reestablishment of the armed conflict and its derivatives, the emergence of new criminal structures and the perpetuation of the armed conflict in Colombia accompanied by the uncertainty that affects the political, economic, and social sphere of Colombia.
