| dc.description.abstract | En el municipio del Líbano Tolima, se ejecutó el proyecto de laboratorios de arte y tecnología para la innovación social LATIS MINEIMA, siendo inaugurado el 3 de diciembre del 2018 y permitiendo que los habitantes del municipio puedan contar con tres laboratorios el laboratorio creativo, el tecnológico y el de producción musical. Permitiendo que la comunidad pueda desarrollar habilidades innovadoras, así como también el fortalecimiento de procesos de desarrollo social, impulsándolos a través de un espacio gratuito, tecnológico e influyente.
La metodología empleada para este análisis fue la sistematización de la experiencia, para ello se contó con diferentes medios de recolección de datos, como la entrevista semi estructurada con el coordinador del proyecto, donde se desarrollaron 6 preguntas abiertas y 2 preguntas más que se desenvolvieron en la entrevista, la observación participante fue necesaria para conocer los diferentes procesos realizados por el programa, así como también entender el rol y la caracterización de los diferentes ecosistemas de los actores que influyen dentro y fuera del programa, también se analizaron y recolectaron datos por medio de páginas web, obteniendo información necesaria para conocer el grado de maduración de la experiencia por medio de la aplicación de preguntas para hallar la TRL del laboratorio LATIS MINEIMA.
De esta manera conocer la importancia que tienen los laboratorios de innovación social en el municipio del Líbano Tolima, conocer sus alcances, sus mayores inconvenientes, los procesos que se deben fortalecer y mejorar, así como también la necesidad de expansión a zonas veredales y municipios aledaños. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the municipality of Líbano Tolima, the project of art and technology laboratories for social innovation LATIS MINEIMA was executed, being inaugurated on December 3, 2018 and allowing the inhabitants of the municipality to have three laboratories: the creative laboratory, the technological and music production. Allowing the community to develop innovative skills, as well as the strengthening of social development processes, promoting them through a free, technological and influential space.
The methodology used for this analysis was the systematization of the experience, for which different means of data collection were used, such as the semi-structured interview with the project coordinator, where 6 open questions and 2 more questions were developed in the interview, the participant observation was necessary to know the different processes carried out by the program, as well as to understand the role and characterization of the different ecosystems of the actors that influence inside and outside the program, data were also analyzed and collected through web pages, obtaining necessary information to know the degree of maturity of the experience through the application of questions to find the TRL of the LATIS MINEIMA laboratory.
In this way, it is intended to know the importance of social innovation laboratories in the municipality of Líbano Tolima, to know their scope, their biggest drawbacks, the processes that must be strengthened and improved, as well as the need to expand to rural areas and neighboring municipalities. | |
