| dc.description.abstract | Asogrupos: es una asociación de campesinos cultivadores de caña panelera, de acuerdo a lo encontrado en la sistematización de experiencias se puede catalogar como una asociacion de innovación social con fines productivos; su emprendimiento muestra características esenciales de transformación, expansión, vigencia en el territorio, y ecosistema de actores, que apoyan iniciativas de incidencia en el territorio, entes de carácter público y privado, como: Alcaldía, Gobernación del Cauca, Fedepanela, Usaid. Después de analizar los fines y principios de Asogrupos, se considerada como una organización de innovación social, ubicada en nivel seis (6) de maduración en el formato TRL.
La estructura organizativa es garante para mantenerse en el tiempo. Su esquema organizativo lo preside: La asamblea general como la máxima autoridad, un representante legal, un secretario, un tesorero, y algunos comités. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Asogrupos: is a social innovation with productive and entrepreneurial purposes. It reflects essential characteristics of transformation, expansion, validity in the territory and ecosystem of actors, such as the Mayor's Office, the Government of Cauca. Fedepanela and USAID. After analyzing the concept of social innovation, Asogrupos is at level six (6) of maturity in the TRL format considering its structure, organized to be maintained over time, chaired by the general assembly as the highest authority, legal representative, secretary, treasurer, committees. This work was carried out through the methodological design of the systematization of experiences taking into account instruments, techniques and procedures used to shape the proposed systematization objectives. In the reference collection, the interview methodology was used as a qualitative tool, flexible in the collection of information, and an open questionnaire in order to give depth to the perspectives that people may have on a specific topic. The testimony of the legal representative of the association is taken into account through a videotaped interview and another with semi-structured questions and bibliographic consultations to the development plans of the municipality of Sierra Cauca with validity 2020-2023. The implementation of the project has increased unification as an integral part of the common fabric as a transforming force of society, and shares territorial space with other social actors. In rural spaces, a cultural identity is built that articulates the coexistence of landscape environments. Sociology emphasizes the permanent construction of the territory and the way in which it is organized. | |
