| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se enfoca en analizar el programa de fomento a la lectura y la escritura a través de la Red de Bibliotecas-Ludoteca viajera, específicamente en la ludoteca del barrio Hernando Marín en la ciudad de Valledupar, con respecto al aprovechamiento del uso del ocio y el tiempo libre de los niños y niñas en este sector de la ciudad. Además, este proyecto propone acciones articuladoras que contribuyen al fortalecimiento del programa.
En este sentido, se evaluaron propuestas para que la ludoteca “sacúdete” hiciera parte de las actividades lúdico-recreativas, logrando que los infantes fortalezcan su desarrollo social e integral, permitiendo así una sana convivencia con los demás de su entorno. Se realizó un análisis cualitativo para identificar la existencia de programas de articulación interdisciplinar en instituciones como: la Oficina de Gestión Social, el ICBF y la Policía de Infancia y Adolescencia con el desarrollo del programa, además como promueve la ludoteca “sacúdete”, el aprovechamiento del uso del tiempo y ocio en los niños y niñas.
Los resultados evidenciaron que no existe ninguna articulación del programa con las diferentes instituciones, además se identificaron causas como el vandalismo, las pandillas juveniles, la drogadicción, entre otros factores, que han llevado a los menores a desaprovechar el tiempo libre y hacer mal uso del ocio. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present research focuses on analyzing the program of reading and writing promotion through the Network of Libraries-Traveling toy library, specifically in the toy library of the Hernando Marin neighborhood in the city of Valledupar, with respect to the use of leisure and free time of the children in this sector of the city. In addition, this project proposes articulating actions that contribute to the strengthening of the program.
In this sense, proposals were evaluated so that the toy library "sacúdete" would be part of the recreational activities, allowing the children to strengthen their social and integral development, thus allowing a healthy coexistence with others in their environment.
A qualitative analysis was carried out to identify the existence of interdisciplinary articulation programs in institutions such as: the Social Management Office, the ICBF and the Childhood and Adolescence Police with the development of the program, as well as how the toy library "sacúdete" promotes the use of time and leisure for children.
The results showed that there is no articulation of the program with the different institutions, and identified causes such as vandalism, youth gangs, drug addiction, among other factors, which have led children to waste their free time and misuse their leisure time. | |
