| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar el grado de maduración del programa Barrancabermeja Innovación y Tecnología (BIT), propuesto por la Alcaldía Distrital de Barrancabermeja para incentivar nuevos emprendimientos y proyectos impulsados desde la innovación social, el emprendimiento y la sostenibilidad. El programa desarrollará el proyecto del Centro de Emprendimiento BIT con identidad tecnológica, dentro del territorio de la comuna 7, en el suroriente del Distrito, ubicación estratégica desde el punto de vista social, económico y demográfico, lo que representa una gran ventaja para el desarrollo de los objetivos del programa. En este documento se abordan y analiza la gestión de las ideas y de la creatividad, la gestión del desarrollo interactivo aplicativo, la gestión del proceso y la gestión de las oportunidades y del cambio / apropiación y capital social formado en aplicación de nuevos procesos. Por último, se concluye que el programa se encuentra en un TRL 8 - Sistema completo y cualificado / validación social finalizada y valorada por la comunidad. | |
