| dc.description.abstract | La monografía desarrollada, tiene como objetivo fundamental el de identificar los factores de éxito en PYMES del sector industrial en la ciudad de Neiva, para lo cual se ha determinado apalancar el proceso tomando un modelo de investigación analítica descriptiva, utilizando en ésta, herramientas de recolección de información tales como entrevista a expertos.
