| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, fortalecer la capacidad de gestión e incidencia de las juntas de acción comunal del Municipio del Doncello – Caquetá, para promover el desarrollo, ante los nuevos escenarios propiciados por la firma del acuerdo de Paz con las extintas guerrillas de las FARC-EP.
Se trata de una investigación de tipo cualitativo, cuyo enfoque se basó en el trabajo de campo, como técnicas para la recolección de la información se utilizaron la observación y la entrevista y como instrumentos para la recolección de la misma, se utilizaron, un protocolo para el proceso de observación y un protocolo de entrevista semi estructurada para ser ejecutado sobre la unidad de análisis la cual correspondió a diez dignatarios de igual número de juntas de acción comunal de una población total de ochenta y seis JAC.
Al analizar la información recolectada se obtuvo como resultado que para mejorar la capacidad de gestion de las JAC del Municipio del Doncello, es preciso fortalecerlas con procesos de educación y capacitación comunitaria, pues desconocen principalmente la normatividad del sector y otros aspectos fundamentales para su funcionamiento, desarrollo y posibilidades de gestión. | |
