| dc.description.abstract | En el siguiente artículo se lleva a cabo el análisis realizado a la iniciativa de desarrollo ecológico y social promovido por la comunidad El Boquerón, donde se evidenció que dicho programa de innovación generó gestión de oportunidades y gestión de cambio. La experiencia que esta comunidad ha tenido con este proyecto y los beneficios que ha logrado con la implementación del manejo integrado de los residuos, fue lograda gracias al apoyo de la población misma, permitiendo así avanzar en solución de la problemática inicial encontrada.
Asimismo, se pretende explicar el impacto ambiental y socioeconómico que ha tenido la implementación de estas estrategias ambientales, las cuales han permitido, entre otras cosas, reducir y mitigar condiciones desfavorables de salud en la población. Se pudo evidenciar que es una verdadera propuesta de innovación social, ya que ha beneficiado no sólo a la comunidad sistematizada, sino que ha permitido la promoción de iniciativas de continuidad y nuevos proyectos de expansión de este prototipo. La comunidad ha logrado encaminarse en la solución de la problemática ambiental que durante años los ha afectado, logrando generar fuentes de ingreso económico a comunidades desfavorecidas y ha reducido la contaminación por residuos en muchas poblaciones, entre otros.
Seguidamente, se explica la manera en que se llevó a cabo la recopilación de la información obtenida por medio de sistematización de experiencias, método que permitió conocer que ésta innovación social es un sistema completo y cualificado debido a su valoración social financiada y valorada por la comunidad (Héder, 2017). | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the following article, the analysis carried out on the ecological and social development initiative promoted by the El Boquerón community is carried out, where it was evidenced that said innovation program generated opportunity management and change management. The experience that this community has had with this project and the benefits that it has achieved with the implementation of integrated waste management, was achieved thanks to the support of the population itself, thus allowing progress in solving the initial problem encountered.
Likewise, it is intended to explain the environmental and socioeconomic impact that the implementation of these environmental strategies has had, which have allowed, among other things, to reduce and mitigate unfavorable health conditions in the population. It was possible to show that it is a true proposal for social innovation, since it has benefited not only the systematized community, but has also allowed the promotion of continuity initiatives and new expansion projects of this prototype. The community has managed to move towards solving the environmental problem that has affected them for years, managing to generate sources of economic income for disadvantaged communities and has reduced waste contamination in many populations, among others.
Next, the way in which the collection of information obtained through the systematization of experiences was carried out is explained, a method that allowed us to know that this social innovation is a complete and qualified system due to its social valuation, financed and valued by the community.
