| dc.description.abstract | El procesamiento de datos geográficos y otros datos relacionados es posible gracias al marco y al conjunto de herramientas conocido como geo procesamiento. El conjunto completo de herramientas de geo procesamiento se puede utilizar para administrar datos GIS automáticamente o realizar análisis espaciales. Con la reordenación del territorio hidro social se examinan los distintos procesos de transformación que redefinen la región de manera geográfica y sistémica, teniendo en cuenta los efectos sobre el medio físico, ambiental, la administración y la sociedad en general.
La Hidroeléctrica El Quimbo ha ocasionado una serie de afectaciones en el ecosistema del Departamento del Huila, incluyendo la pérdida de hábitats, las concordancias del flujo del agua, la contaminación y el impacto en la migración de especies. Estos problemas ambientales requieren un análisis y atención adecuada para minimizar su impacto y buscar soluciones sostenibles.
Este trabajo pretende realizar un análisis crítico del ordenamiento agroambiental del territorio en el Departamento del Huila, centrado en las afectaciones ambientales generadas por el funcionamiento del Proyecto Hidroeléctrico El Quimbo. A través de este estudio, se espera contribuir al conocimiento y la reflexión sobre la importancia de conciliar el desarrollo económico con la protección y conservación del medio ambiente en el contexto de proyectos de gran envergadura. | |

The full suite of geoprocessing tools can be used to automatically manage GIS data or perform spatial analysis. With the reorganization of the hydrosocial territory, the different transformation processes that redefine the region in a geographical and systemic way are examined, taking into account the effects on the physical and environmental environment, the administration and society in general.
The El Quimbo Hydroelectric has caused a series of effects on the ecosystem of the Department of Huila, including the loss of habitats, the coincidences of water flow, contamination and the impact on the migration of species. These environmental problems require proper analysis and attention to minimize their impact and seek sustainable solutions.
This work intends to carry out a critical analysis of the agro-environmental planning of the territory in the Department of Huila, focused on the environmental effects generated by the operation of the El Quimbo Hydroelectric Project. Through this study, it is expected to contribute to knowledge and reflection on the importance of reconciling economic development with the protection and conservation of the environment in the context of large-scale projects. | |
