| dc.description.abstract | Con el siguiente trabajo se desea aplicar en el dispensario DISFARMA sede Aguachica, un
programa de farmacovigilancia que tenga como prioridad la seguridad y la integridad de los
pacientes que buscan asesoría en el dispensario, se hicieron unas encuestas con el objetivo de
evaluar el servicio con el punto de vista de los usuarios en distintos campos partiendo desde la
atención hasta la dispensación, y también sobre cómo realizar correctamente el tratamiento que
el medico formulo o despejando dudas sobre que el paciente pueda tener antes durante o después
de un tratamiento esto con el objetivo de ver la evolución en cuanto a su tratamiento terapéutico,
se busca garantizar que todos los colaboradores del establecimiento, reciban constante
capacitación con información veraz, adecuada y actualizada para minimizar los riesgos que se
pueden llegar a presentar como los efectos adversos al momento de realizar algún tipo de
tratamiento con medicamentos, para así llevar a cabo todos los procesos y actividades diarias con
un mejor rendimiento y así alcanzar la eficacia dentro del servicio. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | With the following work, we want to apply to the DISFARMA dispensary in Aguachica, a
pharmacovigilance program that has as a priority the safety and integrity of patients seeking
advice at the dispensary, surveys were conducted to evaluate the service from the point of view
of users in different fields starting from care to dispensing, and also on how to properly perform
the treatment that the doctor-formulated or clearing doubts that the patient may have before or
after treatment this to see the evolution in terms of their treatment, The aim is to guarantee that
all the collaborators of the establishment receive constant training with truthful, adequate and
updated information to minimize the risks that may arise such as adverse effects at the time of
performing any type of treatment with medication, to carry out all the processes and daily
activities with better performance and thus achieve efficiency within the service. | |
